  • A search of candidates is conducted and Nanny Boutiques forwards viable candidate to the family
  • Family makes an offer to a candidate
  • Nanny Boutique will email work agreement to family for review
  • Nanny Boutique will review work agreement with nanny so terms, job description and conditions are all understood.
  • Placement fee from family is due by the nanny’s start date
  • Nanny brings all documents on start date
