  • At least 18 years of age and High School educated
  • Legal resident of the US
  • Interviewed by agency twice
  • Childcare experience with professional references
  • Reliable transportation is required – A babysitter must be able to drive to and from a job
  • Clean criminal background
  • Nationwide sex offender check is conducted
  • CPR trained
